Llangorse Lake

I took out a lovely Australian couple for a day’s Photography Tuition last week. The first place we stopped was Llangorse Lake where people hire rowing boats. The odd thing was instead of people queueing up to hire boats there were ponies!

The ponies are kept for pony trekking and live on the common next to the lake. It was a very hot day and I can only imagine the dominant pony went to the kiosk for shade and the rest followed!

I go on tuition trips like this frequently but it’s amazing how often something unusual and photogenic crops up. That’s one of the reasons why I love photography and  never cease to get enjoyment out of taking photos.

You can book a Photography Tuition session for any day of the week, any month of the year. Nikon cameras and lenses are available for use, free of charge.
